As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served on given address. Further, it is stated that the appellant is unaware about the new address of R.No. 1 and also R.No. 1 is not in contact with either appellants or R.No. 2. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Aaj ki Janta' Hindi Edition, Raipur (Chhatisgarh) in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
