AUGUST 14, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent No.3 has filed this application for permitting her to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant, for which learned counsel for appellant has given no objection, as the appeal has already been disposed of as withdrawn by order dated 04/09/2023.

2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, no objection given by learned counsel for appellant, as well as the fact that the appeal has already been disposed of as withdrawn, the application is allowed as prayed. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the amount of compensation deposited by appellant, along with accrued interest thereon, within six weeks to the bank account of applicant/respondent No.3, on her furnishing bank account details to the Registry.
