By this application, the applicants are seeking direction against the appellant to deposit the balance decretal amount. 3.
Learned AGP has pointed out the order of this Court dated 20/09/2006, which is reproduced as under :- "Learned AGP submits that the State of Maharashtra has deposited the entire amount of the Award in the Reference Court. Respondent is absent, though served. Since the entire decretal amount is already deposited, execution of the impugned Award shall remain stayed till the final disposal of appeal. Application stands disposed of."
4.
From this order, it is clear that the State has already deposited the entire decretal amount of the award in the Reference Court. The said amount has already been withdrawn by the claimants in the matter. rkn

By this application, the grievance raised is that there is no proper calculation at the instance of the State Government in the matter, and therefore, the balance amount ought to be deposited in this Court. 6.
In my opinion, if the respondents are disputing the amount, there are other remedies available to them to prosecute their cause. In this matter, this Court cannot exercise the powers of execution. 7.
In view of the above, civil application stands disposed of. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.) rkn
