As stated in the application, there was objection regarding fresh address of aforesaid respondent. The appellant does not know the fresh or recent address of the R.No. 2 and the address which is on record is the only last known address with the appellant company. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
