CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 2715 OF 2025 1) The appellant/applicant has filed the present application seeking a stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11/12/2024, passed by the Labour Court, Akola 2) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has deposited the entire amount of the award along with accrued interest thereon in the Labour Court at Akola on 27/01/2025. He has also tendered across the bar a copy of the receipt of deposit of the amount, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purposes. Therefore, he urged a grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award.
