As stated in the application, the office has raised objection to supply the fresh address of R.No. 2. Further, it is stated that the appellant does not know the fresh or recent address of the R.No. 2. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
