CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 2771 OF 2025.
1) Applicants/respondents No.1, 2(a) to (d), 3 to 6 have moved this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection. 2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the applications, as well as no objection given by learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon in the
2 06-H-FAST 23923.2023.odt respective bank accounts of applicants/respondents No.1, 2(a) to 2(d) and 3 to 6 in proportionate amounts as per the award within eight weeks on their furnishing usual undertaking and their bank account details to the Registry.
4) Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.2, Suresh Laxman Gulhane, on record within two weeks. After bringing legal heirs on record, applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount. FIRST APPEAL (STAMP) NO. 23923 OF 2023 1) At the request of learned counsel for the appellant, four weeks are granted to file a reply to the application of the respondents seeking direction to deposit the remaining balance amount.
