AUGUST 14, 2025 1) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, respondent No.1 Pandhari expired on 23/12/2024, and his legal representatives have filed an application along with the death certificate of Pandhari for withdrawal of the compensation amount, therefore, he orally seeks leave to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 Pandhari on record.
2) Leave is granted as prayed. The appellant is permitted to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record within two weeks and supply a copy of the amended application/appeal memo to the other side within one week thereafter.
CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 2772 OF 2025.
1) Applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(c) have moved this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.
2 06-A-FAST 23756.2023.odt 2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection given by learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon as per the award in equal proportion in the bank accounts of respective applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(c) within six weeks on their furnishing the usual undertaking and their bank account details to the Registry.
FIRST APPEAL (STAMP) NO. 23756 OF 2023 1) At the request of learned counsel for the appellant, four weeks are granted to file a reply to the application of the respondents bearing No.2962/25 seeking direction to deposit the remaining balance amount.
2) List the matter on 11/09/2025.
