As stated in the application, the respondent is not residing at the place mentioned in the cause title as per bailiff's report. The appellant had engaged an investigator to enquire the address of respondent. But, the investigator despite several enquiries could not find out the address of the respondent. Thus, the appellant wants to serve respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Tarun Bharat' Marathi Edition, Gadchiroli District in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
