AUGUST 12, 2025 1) The applicants, i.e. respondents No.1(a), 1(c) to 1(e), have filed this application seeking exemption from appearing physically for verification before the Registrar (J) and requested to transmit the compensation amount in their joint account number as provided along with pursis dated 26/07/2024.

2) The applicants/respondents No.1(a), 1(c) to 1(e) have executed a joint power of attorney in favour of the applicant No.1(b) on 14/07/2017, thereby authorising him to do the needful in the matter. Apart from this, applicants have filed the joint undertaking along with pursis dated 26/07/2024, which their Advocate, Mr. C. R. Najbile, verified.

3) Learned counsel for appellant and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents Nos. 2 and 3 have given no objection.

2 21-CAF 2879.2025.odt 4) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection given by the learned counsel for the appellant and Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No.2 and 3, the application is allowed as prayed. 5) The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the compensation amount as per the award along with accrued interest thereon in the joint account of the applicants, as provided along with pursis dated 26/07/2024, within a period of six weeks.
