No.1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid R.No.1 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that the above respondent is not in contact of appellants as well as R.No.2. Thus, the applicant wants to serve R.No.1 by way of paper publication and Hamdast.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.No.1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra'

Marathi, Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
