No.1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the appellants want to serve R.No.1 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.No.1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Daily Samaya", Sidhi Edition, MP in terms of Order V Rule (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
