NO. 2887/2025 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 633/2022 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 23/09/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 2 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, Hon'ble Court has already granted permission to serve R.No. 2 through paper publication, but the appellant has lost material of paper publication and due to that, he could not get the notice published in the newspaper. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
