AUGUST 13, 2025 1) The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay in depositing the decretal amount in the Court; for which learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No.2 and 3 have given no objection.

2) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has received the Cheque dated 27/05/2025 and he will deposit the same in the Court by 18/08/2025.

3) In view of the same, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the Cheque in the Court by 18/08/2025. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.

4) On deposit of the Cheque, there shall be a stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment/award passed by the learned Reference Court.
