As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent did not reside on the mentioned address. It is further stated that the applicant had engaged an investigator to enquire about the address, but the investigator did not find out the address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Tarun Bharat' in Marathi, Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
