As per application, the applicant has already tried to serve above respondents by paper publication However, as per applicant the publisher has lost the earlier Hamdast and therefore notices could not be published. Thus, the applicant wants permission to issue fresh Hamdast to serve above respondents by way of Paper Publication in local news paper i.e. in "Daily Hindi Milap".

Since the application is formal in nature and the same is allowed. Office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents through Paper Publication, returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Permission for Fresh Hamdast be granted.
