This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 4 seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount. 3.

Considering the grounds raised in the memo of appeal and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the applicants/ respondent nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the decretal amount in equal proportion along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon, on their furnishing usual undertaking.
