1 could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that appellants are not aware about the new address of R.No. 1 and also R.No. 1 is neither in contact with appellants nor R.No. 2. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra (Marathi)' Wardha Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
