The applicant/appellant Nos 2(i) to 2(iii) have filed this application for withdrawal of their half share separately in equal proportion from the total decretal compensation amount deposited by the respondent No.4-Acquiring Body along with interest accrued thereon.

The appellant/applicant No.1 has already withdrawn half share on 20.08.2025.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The Applicant Nos. 2(i) to 2(iii) are allowed to withdraw the compensation amount and Registry is directed to verify their identity Kavita

1-caf 3126-25.odt 2/2 and transmit 50% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon separately in equal proportion within a period of four weeks in their bank accounts on furnishing their bank account details to the Registry.
