This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the statutory appeal.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay of 59 days which occurred on account of requirement of obtaining approval and permission for filing the appeal on behalf of the Corporation. He submits that the delay is unintentional and needs to be condoned so that the appeal is taken up for decision on merits. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, delay of 59 days does not appear to be intentional, the same is condoned. 8.
