By this Application, the Applicants/Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are seeking withdrawal of the amount, which is lying with the Registry of this Court.

It is pointed out that the Appellant/Company has withdrawn the present Appeal and the same is disposed of as per the Court's order dated 30/4/2023.

In view of above, there is no impediment to allow the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to withdraw the amount lying with the Registry of this Court along with interest accrued thereon and to disburse the same to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 as prayed in the Application.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

It is further pointed out that Rs. 3,11,186/- is deposited by the Appellant/Company before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur. Therefore, in view of withdrawal of present Appeal by the Appellant/Company and the amount is lying with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are also entitled to withdraw the amount along with interest accrued thereon, subject to satisfaction of the learned Tribunal.
