This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay in compliance of the order dated 06.08.2025 and for de-freezing the bank accounts of the applicant which is freezed by the prohibitory order dated 29.07.2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submitted that as directed by this Court, out of the total amount Rs.7,91,075/- claimed by the prohibitory order dated 29.07.2025, the appellant has deposited 50% of the due amount/ claimed by the respondents, before the Industrial Court. The break-up of the amount deposited is given in paragraph 15 of the application, which include the Demand Draft of Rs.1,35,000/- received by the respondent to which the respondent is entitled to encash. Therefore, the compliance is done.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) and disposed of. 6.
