No. 2760/2023 in First Appeal St.12252/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 09/09/2025 The application is taken out by the appellant for permission to substitute the address of R.Nos. 4 to 7. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served on the given address as they are not residing at the said address. In the said application, the appellant has provided corrected addresses of above respondents. Hence, the appellant prays to substitute the addresses of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable by five weeks.

Appellant to take necessary steps in respect of filing application for correct address of R. No.3 within two weeks.
