By this Application, the Appellant is seeking condonation of 552 days delay in filing the application of restoration of Civil Application No. 934/2020 as well as First Appeal (St) No. 21561/2019, which was dismissed against the Respondent No.3 vide order dated 12/3/2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the Application, which are not controverted by the Respondents, delay of 552 days caused in filing restoration application is hereby condoned.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 3273/2025 .

By this Application, the Appellant is seeking restoration of Civil Application No. 934/2020 as well as First Appeal (St) No. 21561/2019, which was dismissed against the Respondent No.3 vide order dated 12/3/2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the Application and by accepting the undertaking given by the Appellant that Respondent No.3 will be served by all modes of private service, Civil Application No. 934/2020 as well as First Appeal (St) no. 21561/2019 is hereby restored.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

The learned AGP states that he can appear on behalf of the Respondent No.3. Hence after restoration of Civil Application No. 934/2020 and First Appeal, copy of the same be supplied to the learned AGP.
