This Application is filed for addition of parties. 2.

It is pointed out that this Court, by order dated 6/2/2025, permitted the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant in the present Appeal. However, it is noticed that Respondent Nos.9 and 10 are expired in the matter. According to the Applicants, there are no legal representatives of Respondent No.10.

By this Application, the Applicants want to bring on record the legal representatives of the Respondent No.9 only, as stated in paragraph No.3 of this Application.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil application is allowed.
