This is an application for grant of permission to deposit the entire decreetal amount.

It is pointed out that by order dated 23.09.2025, an interim relief was granted, subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in this Court, within a period of six weeks from that date. However, the amount was not deposited on account of several reasons. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that now the amount can be deposited although there is delay of 08 days.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to deposit the entire decreetal amount along with interest till today in this Court, within a period of one week from today. 5.
