NO. 7607/2019 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 23/09/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address.

Further, it is stated that the appellants are unaware about the new address of R.No. 1 and also R.No. 1 is neither in contact with appellants nor R.No. 2. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra, Marathi' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
