By this Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking early hearing on the ground that since March-2024 the Applicant is suffering from Right Renal Tumor i.e. Kidney Cancer. He had undergone Laperoscopic Right Radical Nephrectomy Surgery on 28/3/2024.
