By this Application, the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company in this Court.

It is seen from the record that this matter is decided by this Court vide Judgment dated 20/8/2025.

In view of above, the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant in terms of the Judgment passed by this Court on 20/8/2025 along with interest accrued thereon, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
