2 than the one mentioned in the petition and as such could not furnish the correct address of R.No. 1. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punniya Nagri, Marathi' Amravati Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
