This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 & 2 seeking permission to withdraw the amount.

Considering the grounds raised in the mamo of appeal, the nature of claim and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the applicants/respondent nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.
