Further, it is stated that the appellant has taken every effort and trying to obtain the new address and whereabouts of the R.No.

4, but could not get the same. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra, Marathi' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
