Considering the grounds raised in the appeal, submission of the respective counsels and the fact that respondent nos. 1 and 2 have already allowed to withdraw 50% of their share, the applicants/respondent nos. 6 to 8 are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount of share falling in their credit along with accrued interest on usual undertaking.
