This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 3, 4.1 and 4.2 seeking permission to withdraw the amount. 2.

In view of the grounds raised in the memo of appeal and in view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the applicants/ respondent nos.1 to 3, 4.1 and 4.2 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the decretal amount out of the amount deposited by the appellant, along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking. It is clarified that the 75% amount be divided in four equal shares out of which respondent nos.1 to 3 will be entitled to get one share each whereas respondent nos.4.1 and 4.2 will get one share.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
