By this application, the applicant/original claimant seek withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

It is pointed out that the land belonging to the respondent No.1/original claimant has been acquired and they are entitled for compensation. It is also pointed out that in an identical matter this Court has permitted 75% amount to be withdrawn by an Order dated 30.06.2025 in Civil Application No.1536/2025 in First Appeal No.1219/2024 and even in this case a similar request is made.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant does not oppose the request for 75% withdrawal of compensation amount.

In view of this, applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of amount deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest after furnishing usual undertaking. Accordingly, civil application is allowed and disposed of. (PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR, J . ) Privel
