This is an application filed by the original claimant, seeking condonation of delay of 3381 days in filing statutory appeal. 3.
Learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant is ready to waive the statutory benefits and interest for the period of delay. It is also submitted that the controversy involved in the appeal is covered by the judgments delivered by this Court in other identical matters.

Although the application is opposed by the learned AGP, having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed and the delay of 3381 days in filing statutory appeal is condoned, subject to the applicant/appellant waiving the statutory benefits and interest for the period of delay.

In view of the above, the civil application is disposed of. 6.
