As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served on the given address. Further, it is stated that the appellant is unaware about the new address of R.No. 2 and R.No.

2 is also not in contact with either appellants or R.No. 1. Thus, the petitioners want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Aajkal (Gujrati)' Gujrat Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Hamdast be granted.
