By this Application, the Appellants are seeking permission to delete the name of Appellant No.5 - Chittarmal Jagannathji Agrawal from the array of Appellants, as he is expired on 2/9/2025.

The learned Counsel for Appellants states that the Appellant Nos.1 to 4 are dependents of the deceased Ajay Agrawal and the deceased Appellant No.5 was the father of deceased Ajay. 3.

Considering the averments made in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

The Appellants are permitted to delete the name of Appellant No.5 from the array of Appellants.
