It is pointed out that in view of compromise between the parties, appellant has withdrawn the present appeal from the file of this court. This fact is clear from order dated 25.9.2021.

In view of this, respondent no.1, who is the power of attorney holder for all respondents, be permitted to withdraw the remaining balance amount along with interest accrued thereon, subject to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). 3.

Considering the factual position and the reasons stated in the application, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount as prayed.
