1 from the array of memo of appeal and condonation of delay. As per application, the R.No. 1-Vandana Ashok Chaware is reported to be dead. Further, it is stated that Vandana Ashok Chaware is wife of deceased Ashok Dhanraj Chaware and the dependants of Ashok Dhanraj Chaware are already on record as Respondents Nos. 2 and 3.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Counsel for appellant is allowed to delete the name of R.No. 1 from the array of respondent in memo of appeal and in condonation of delay application. Necessary amendment be carried out.
