No. 4 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that R.No. 4 is trying to avoid service of notice and the appellant is unaware of any other alternate address of the R.No. 4. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Sanmarg'
