NO. 15933/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 07/10/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 5 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that R.No. 5 is trying to avoid the service of notice and the applicant is not aware of any other alternative address of R.No. 5. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punya Nagri in Marathi' Nasik Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
