This is an application filed by the respondent nos.1 to 4 seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

Considering the grounds raised in the memo of appeal and the nature of claim as well as the submissions of the learned counsels for the respective parties, 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant with accrued interest thereon is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants/respondent nos.1 to 4 in proportionate share decided by the Tribunal on furnishing usual undertaking. 3.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
