By this Application, Appellants are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondents with the Registry of this Court.

On the strength of the statement made by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 that amount is already deposited before this Court and no appeal is preferred against the Judgment of this Court, Civil Application is allowed as prayed. 3.

The Appellants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the Respondent No.2 along
