This is an application filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeking permission to withdraw the amount. 2.

In view of the grounds raised in the memo of appeal and in view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the decreetal amount out of the amount deposited by the appellant, along with accrued interest thereon in equal share, on furnishing usual undertaking.
