This is an application filed by the appellant for correction in the name of the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submitted that the first name and husband's name written in the memo of appeal is 'Baby Wd/o Mahadeorao Ingale' whereas in the PAN card, it is mentioned as "Babi Mahadevrao Ingale' due to which the amount of compensation could not be credited by the respondentRailways in the bank account of the appellnt. A copy of PAN card is placed on record.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the respondent-Railways is directed to disburse the amount in the bank account of the appellant with name 'Babi Mahadevrao Ingle', as the person is one and the same.
