By this Application, the Applicant is seeking extension of time to deposit the amount, as directed by this Court vide Judgment dated 12/8/2025.

The learned Counsel for Appellant solemnly made statement that in any case on or before 16th October, 2025 the amount will be deposited as per the Judgment of this Court. Statement is accepted.

It is clarified that on failure to deposit the amount within stipulated time, the interim relief granted earlier will be vacated without reference to this Court.
