No. 8 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that the appellant has tried to ascertain another address of the R.No. 8 but did not get the same. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat'

in Marathi in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
