By the judgment and order dated 11.09.2025 this Court partly allowed the appeal and reduced the compensation i.e. loss of amenities from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.20,000/- and directed the Registry to refund the excess amount of the award to the appellant.

Now, by way of the present application the respondent is seeking to withdraw the remaining amount lying in this Court. It is common ground that the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.30,000/- and interest amount comes to Rs.13,500/-. Therefore, the appellant is entitled for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.43,500/- and the remaining amount be allowed to be RR Jaiswal
