By this Application, it is stated that Respondent No.1 is expired on 9/10/2005. Present Applicants are the only surviving legal heirs of Respondent No.1. All these Applicants are interested in prosecuting the present Appeal. There is no dispute nor any objection on the point that there are no other legal heirs than available on record.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

After carrying out amendment, issue notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable on 18th November, 2025.
